According to the NSC's mission statement, they accomplish this through, "...leadership, research, education and advocacy." ***Caritas ***has found that the NSC has the most extensive knowledge base when it comes to driver safety.

In their database, we found a helpful info-graphic that details the dilemma of the "hands-free" function on devices, which many people believe to be less dangerous to use while driving. Contrarily, the NSC's studies have actually found that ***any*** use of technology while driving--whether hands-free or otherwise--drastically increases the chances of an accident.
